Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Glute Max and tap Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. For refunds, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com.

How does the free trial work?

The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged; otherwise the yearly price is charged when the trial ends.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email bmurtaza@blob.technology from the address linked to your account (or include your username) and we'll delete your account and all associated data — profile, programs, workouts, scan results, and posts — within 30 days.

What happens to my scan photos?

They're analyzed by AI to produce your score and immediately discarded — never written to storage on our servers. A copy stays on your device only. Details in the Privacy Policy.

How do I make my profile private?

In the app, go to Settings and turn on Private profile. Your profile and stats will be hidden from other users.

How do I report a post or user?

Email bmurtaza@blob.technology with a screenshot or the username and we'll review it promptly under our community rules.

Apple Health isn't syncing.

Check iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Glute Max and make sure read/write permissions are enabled. Toggling them off and on usually resolves it.
